In recognising that our staff determine our long term success, we've developed a comprehensive staff benefits programme.

Health Care
Health Care Our staff wellbeing is important to us. Following extensive research, we have provided our staff with the best healthcare providers suited to our profile. Stor-Age will further contribute five hundred rand (R500.00) towards employee’s healthcare costs, on condition that they have been employed for at least three years and take out both Medical aid and Gap cover products with the Company preferred providers.

Bonus
Working in-store, you’ll participate along with your team in our KPI based staff incentive scheme, calculated based on the KPI score achieved by the team in the previous month. As a member of the head office team you will be eligible to qualify for a discretionary annual bonus.

Retirement Annuity
We encourage all staff to participate in our Group Retirement Annuity Plan. You can also qualify for a Company Loyalty Benefit once you have contributed for one year and you have been employed with the company for more than three years.

Holiday Entitlement
Holidays start at either 15 or 18 days per annum, depending on whether you are employed as a 5 or 6 day worker respectively. Increasing with service to a maximum of 20 or 23 days a year.

Study Aid and Assistance
We’re serious about personal growth! In addition to our comprehensive learning, development and training programme, spearheaded by our bespoke online e-learning platform, we also offer study loans in special circumstances where it has been identified that further studies are warranted in support of the Company’s goals.

Annual Review or Conference
It’s essential that everyone knows about our business and where we’re heading. We hold either an Annual Review or Conference to see how we did in the previous year, celebrate our staff and look at what is coming up in the year ahead. We reward both team and individual success with prizes.

We provide basic funeral and disability cover to all
Operations staff.

If you refer suitably qualified friends for any

25% Staff Discount
We understand that our colleagues experience life-
